About the role
Hera Care Services are a specialist children's services provider supporting children and young people with complex needs. We work closely with local authorities to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care and support.
We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team.
The young people we support may present with:
* Challenging or aggressive behaviour
* Substance misuse
* Complex trauma
* Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE)
* Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)
Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
The Role
As a Support Worker at HERA Care Services, you will provide safe, consistent and person-centred support across a range of settings. This includes building positive relationships, supporting emotional regulation, promoting independence, and working collaboratively with external agencies to ensure needs of children and young people are met.
What We Offer
* Self-employed role - up to £240 per day, plus additional sleep in allowance
* 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
* Day, waking night, and sleep-in shifts

Requirements
* Availability for minimum of 15 shifts per month
* Willingness to travel
