Support Worker/Care Assistant

PlusConnect Ltd is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers and Care Assistants to support services across Essex. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and promoting independence for vulnerable adults and young people. Responsibilities: * Providing person-centred care and support. * Assisting with daily living activities. * Supporting individuals within residential, supported living, and community settings. * Encouraging independence and social inclusion. * Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately. * Following safeguarding procedures and care plans.
