You'llbecome a valued member of the repairs and maintenance team, providing a first-class property service delivery to our tenants.
Assistingin the delivery of an efficient responsive repair, maintenance and refurbishment service asrequired.
Some jobs include?but are not exclusively:

• Driving, collecting, and delivering materials
• Ground works
• Erecting and dismantling tower scaffolding
• Gardening (mowing strimming and hedge cutting)
• Site maintenance and cleaning
• To work with qualified trades staff to support them and carry out work under their direction
• To carry out some trade activities on your own without the need of direction and support from a qualified tradesperson, these can include:
• Minor Carpentry works such as changing ironmongery
• Fencing
• Paving and Drainage xwzovoh
• Mould treatment and Decorating
