Banksman

Banksmen in the Market Drayton area for a new project starting Monday 19th October. Position: Banksman Location: Market Drayton Rate: £18.00 per hour Start date: 19th October Initial duration: 20 weeks Potential duration: Up to 2 years, subject to the project continuing Role and Responsibilities The successful candidates will be required to: * Safely marshal and guide vehicles and plant around the site. * Direct reversing and manoeuvring vehicles using agreed hand signals and communication methods. * Ensure pedestrians and other site personnel remain safely separated from moving vehicles and plant. * Control vehicle movements in and around the work area. * Communicate effectively with drivers, plant operators and the site team. * Assist with maintaining a safe and controlled site environment. * Follow all site safety procedures, RAMS and instructions from site management. * Carry out general banksman duties as required by the project.
