Shift pattern: 19:30 pm -07:30 am
Hours: 36 hour per week
A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest! We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Poole, Dorset.. This person has Acquired Brain Injury, epilepsy and behaviours that may present as challenging and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.
He's got great sense of humour and have a wide range of hobbies such playing video games, going out into the community and visiting local attractions.
? What youll be doing
As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:
Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 basis
Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
