Cook – Temporary Role (PVG Required) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for a Cook to support a small residential setting in Broadford. Role Details Location: Broadford, IV49 9AW Rate of Pay: £13.32 per hour Start Date: ASAP Duration: Temporary - weekly ongoing Hours: 8:00am – 5:45pmWorking Pattern (2-week rotation): Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Friday Key Responsibilities Prepare and provide basic meals for 7 residents daily Support residents’ nutritional needs by fortifying snacks (adding calories as per individual care plans) Follow guidance from the Care Home Manager or shift lead Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with catering requirementsRequirements Previous basic catering or cooking experience Understanding of food hygiene and safe food preparation Ability to follow dietary guidance and care plans
