£32,000 – £35,000 basic + £10,000+ uncapped OTE
Are you passionate about interiors and love turning ideas into beautiful, functional spaces? Our client, a global interiors retailer with over 100 UK showrooms , is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their Doncaster showroom. You'll help customers design and create their dream bathrooms and kitchens – bringing inspiration to life while earning a rewarding income.

What we're looking for:
Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom interior design and sales
Face-to-face sales experience with a target-driven mindset
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to negotiate and influence to achieve the best outcome for customers
Energetic, ambitious, and ready to make things happen
Your role:
Work closely with customers to design and deliver their dream kitchens and bathrooms
Provide accurate, detailed quotations
Process payments (cash, card, and finance options)
Handle customer queries and calls professionally
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
