Salary & Package – Clear Progression: Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience) • Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months • First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission • Full training and support provided Experienced RecruitmentConsultant £28,000-£29,500 basic salarydependent on experience OTE: £31,000 – £34,000Senior Recruitment Consultant • BasicSalary: £32,500 • Commission/OTE: £36,000 – £38,000 • Car Allowance: £400 per month, or option of a company car About the Role: • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates • Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face visits • Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role) • Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support What’s on Offer: • 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 33 days after one year • Dedicated in-house training and mentorship programmes • Opportunity to complete a Level 3 Recruiter Qualification • Structured career progression and development opportunities • Competitive uncapped commission structure • Employee-owned business with potential for tax-free annual bonuses • Company pension scheme & cycle to work scheme • Lifestyle benefits including discounts on hotels, insurance, energy bills and more Branch bonuses City centre location, new office.
