Job Description
I’m working with a leading national conveyancing team that is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join its growing, fully remote department. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional to manage a varied residential caseload while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere in the UK.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered, and shared ownership matters, managing files independently from instruction through to completion.
The firm offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and a highly rewarding bonus scheme worth up to £15,000 per year. Most fee earners regularly achieve over £10,000 in annual bonuses, making this an attractive opportunity for those who are motivated by performance and reward.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle a mix of property matters including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership transactions
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive remote team
- Potential to increase your caseload and responsibilities over time, depending on performance and capacity
What You’ll Need
Essential:
- Proven experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organisational ability, with the capacity to meet tight deadlines
- Good financial awareness, including confidence handling the financial aspects of transactions
Desirable:
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Familiarity with Visualfiles or Practice Manager software
