About the role
Synergise Recruitment Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
As an Administrator, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring paperwork, systems, and communications are kept up to date and organised.
Duties may include:
* General office administration
* Data entry and updating internal systems
* Answering incoming calls and emails
* Filing and document management
* Supporting management and operational teams
* Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with customers and colleagues professionally
What We’re Looking For
* Previous administration or office experience preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
* Reliable, professional, and organised approach
