The team is now looking to hire their 4th Engineer. They’re looking for someone who goes beyond simply executing tickets and takes the time to think critically about why and how things should be built.

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years experience in Software Engineering (with 2+ years ideally using Next.js + Node.js)
• AI-first mindset, you use Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools as a matter of course, not as a novelty
• Full-stack experience is must have used Next. xwzovoh js, TypeScript, Node.js
• Startup DNA, you've ideally worked in a startup and seen a product grow

• Salary: £60k - £80k
• Location: Central London, 3 days onsite
