The Opportunity

Looking for steady, reliable social housing maintenance work?

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to deliver high-quality patch repairs, skimming, and general trade maintenance across occupied and void social housing stock. If you deliver clean, top-spec finishes and can comfortably tackle secondary trade repairs, we want to hear from you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Plastering & Internal Repairs:
- Carry out high-quality patch plastering, full wall/ceiling skimming, re-plastering after damp-proof courses, and skimming over old Artex.
- Repair water-damaged ceilings, blown plaster, and drywall/tackboard installations.
- Prepare surfaces by hacking off old render, applying PVA/bonding coats, and bead setting.
Social Housing Operations:
- Respond to reactive service calls efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Assist in turning around void properties efficiently to bring them up to lettable standards.
- Record job progress, upload before/after photos, and account for materials via mobile...
