Location: Cherry Tree House, 167 Compstall Road, Romiley, Stockport, SK6 4JA
Salary: £13 per hour - £14 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Bank Shifts Available

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents, empowering them to live fulfilling lives. You will:
Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
Support residents with rehabilitation goals, independence, and community engagement.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement tailored care plans.
Build positive, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Monitor and report changes in residents conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
About You
We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals with:
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a complex care, or dementia care setting is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with complex needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of residents.
Qualifications (Desirable but Not Essential):
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
