Integration Engineer (Azure / Power Platform)
Location: Manchester or London (1–2 days onsite, flexible)
Contract: 6 months (outside IR35)
Day Rate: Negotiable DOE

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Integration Engineers to support a growing digital engineering function, focused on building and scaling Azure-native integrations across the business.
This role sits within a small but high-impact integrations team, working on key transformation initiatives including finance system integration and international business modernisation.
The organisation is transitioning away from legacy integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft) towards a more scalable, Azure-first architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Azure-native integrations using:
- Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus
- Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)
- Develop and extend integrations using Python and/or JavaScript
- Build workflows to enable data movement across systems (e.g. finance, HR, operational platforms)
- Support integration of newly acquired / evolving business units (e.g. US systems)
- Work autonomously on assigned integration domains while collaborating with a lean engineering team
- Ensure integrations are scalable, reliable, and performant
- Troubleshoot and optimise existing workflows and integrations
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Power Apps / Power Platform
- Azure Service Bus (or messaging/event-driven systems)
- Experience building integrations using Python and/or JavaScript
- Proven ability to design and deliver integrations independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal oversight
Desirable:
- Previous experience with integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, iPaaS tools)
- Experience working in retail or fast-paced digital environments
- Exposure to finance or HR system integrations
Working Environment
