Key Responsibilities:
Act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations
Prepare and manage pre-construction information and health & safety files
Lead design risk workshops and guide project teams
Produce and review risk registers and CDM documentation
Carry out site audits and produce clear reports
Review contractor documentation and ensure compliance
Work closely with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
Provide clear advice on CDM duties and best practice
Manage multiple projects as a CDM Consultant across different sectors

The Person
To succeed as a CDM Consultant , you will:
Have experience as a Principal Designer or in a similar role
Hold strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction processes
Have a NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
Be a member of a relevant professional body or working towards it
Be confident managing multiple projects and building relationships
Communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders
Experience in report writing or delivering training would be beneficial.
