The Role: HireGiant are looking for a reliable and professional HGV 2 Driverto work with our client based in Rochdale. This is an ongoing role leading to a permanent opportunity for the right driver. You will be doing 8-10 deliveries per day, delivering so hanging meat & boxed meat to Butchers and Pubs across The Greater Manchester Area.

Your responsibilities as a HGV 2 driver will include:
Completingdeliveries to pubs and butchers

Driving the class 2 curtainside trailer in a safe manor

Responsible of handball of all meat deliveries either hanging meat or in boxes

Ensuring all paperwork and PODs are completed accurately

Maintaining excellent customer service standards as this is a customer facing role.

Requirements for the Class 2 driver: ValidHGV 2 licence

Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card

Strapping and Reversing competence

New pass HGV 2 Drivers welcome training and support provided

Hours & Pay for the Class 2 LGV Driver: Start time 05:00am - 07:00am

Shifts: 8-10 hoursdepending on route

PAYEPay rate:£16.00 - £17.00 P/H
