Rate: £800 - £900 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 9-month initial contract
Location: Gloucester (2 days per week on-site)
We're supporting a major organisation undergoing a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation and are looking for an experienced IAM Architect to play a key role across the programme.
This is a high-impact position where you'll help shape the end-to-end IAM strategy, from architecture and tool selection through to implementation and migration.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for defining and guiding the IAM architecture across a complex enterprise landscape, working closely with security, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver a modern, scalable identity platform.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the design and definition of IAM architecture
Supporting tool evaluation and vendor selection
Driving implementation and migration strategy
Ensuring alignment with security, compliance and regulatory requirements
Engaging with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an IAM Architect within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
Strong track record delivering IAM implementations and transformation programmes
Broad knowledge across the IAM domain, including authentication, authorisation, governance and lifecycle management
Experience working across multiple IAM / IGA platforms
Ability to influence stakeholders and operate at both strategic and technical levels
Relevant Technology Experience
SailPoint / Saviynt or similar IGA platforms
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar IAM platforms
