Are you a Maintenance Co-Ordinator or similar with a background facilities looking to join an industry-leading forgery, offering a stable, Monday to Friday hours and future opportunities to progress?

Established in the 19th century, this long-standing heavy engineering specialist delivers high-integrity forged and machined components into critical sectors including aerospace, defence, marine, nuclear, oil & gas and power generation. The company focuses on large-scale, complex, tight-tolerance components, offering in-house open die forging, machining, heat treatment and testing capabilities, supplying fully finished components across the globe.

This varied role will see you support the maintenance team, taking responsibility for the CMMS/CPMS system and coordinating planned maintenance activities, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with engineers, production, suppliers and contractors, scheduling maintenance works, managing work and purchase orders, and planning preventative maintenance for the future.

This role would suit a Maintenance Coordinator or similar with experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or CMMS systems, looking to join a well-established engineering business offering stable Monday to Friday hours, a structured routine and opportunities for progression.

The Role:
Manage CMMS/CPMS system, keeping all records and schedules accurate and up to date
Plan and update preventative maintenance schedules in line with production needs
Monitor PM schedule adherence and support improvements
Manage purchase orders, delivery notes and supplier order status, chasing where needed
The Person:
Experience using CMMS/CPMS or maintenance planning systems
Background in maintenance scheduling, coordination or facilities support
Commutable to Dudley
