School Caretakers & Site Supervisors Needed - Start ASAP! Are you an experienced Caretaker or Site Supervisor looking for your next role in a school setting? Do you want flexible, hands-on work across schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) and surrounding areas? Aspire People are recruiting reliable, proactive and experienced Caretakers/Site Supervisors to support school sites across the region. We have both long-term, full-time roles and flexible short-term opportunities available.
