What we are looking for
We are now looking for a Sous Chef who is highly organised, with good communication skills and enjoys working in and be part of a small kitchen team.
The Sous Chef must have a steady and reliable CV and experienced in European and Mediterranean cuisine.
The ideal Sous Chef must be able to run the operation in the Head Chef absence and able to manage a team of 5 chefs. xwzovoh
