?? Up to £35,000 DOE (£14.50/hr + £2.50/hr tronc + bonus)

Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking to work with fresh, high-quality ingredients in a supportive and friendly kitchen? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a recently refurbished independent pub/restaurant in Alcester, where creativity and career progression are genuinely encouraged.
????? What Youll Be Doing:
Preparing and cooking high-quality fresh dishes for up to 100 covers per day
Supporting the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Senior CDP
Contributing ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Playing an active role in a positive, team-focused kitchen
