Complex Care Healthcare Assistant – Tracheostomy Care Locations: London, Reading, Slough, Maidenhead, Watford & surrounding areas Employment Type: Bank / Flexible Shifts Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant with Tracheostomy Care experience looking for flexible community work? We are recruiting Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to support clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes and community settings. Key Responsibilities Depending on the care package, you may support with: * Tracheostomy care and management * Suctioning and airway management * Respiratory support * Personal care * Clinical observations * Medication support * Recognising and escalating changes in condition * Following individual care plans and clinical guidance Essential Experience * Previous hands-on Tracheostomy Care experience * Experience in complex care, hospital or community settings * Confident working independently * Compassionate and reliable approach * Good communication and record-keeping skills Ventilator care and PEG feeding experience would be highly desirable.
