You’ll work closely with Finance, Actuarial and wider business teams.Key requirements:Variance analysis experienceAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is desirableExperience within Reinsurance or the Lloyd’s MarketACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedKey responsibilities:Support the production of executive and board-level management reportingAnalyse financial and operational performance, including detailed variance and root-cause analysisTranslate complex financial data into clear and meaningful business insightsDevelop and maintain MI dashboards and reporting solutionsPartner with Finance, Actuarial and Operations stakeholders, providing analysis and challengeIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and automationSupport wider finance transformation and continuous improvement initiativesUse advanced Excel, Power BI and data visualisation tools to improve reporting and insight
