London (hybrid — 3 days office, 2 days home)

£45,000 – £55,000 plus bonus and benefits

The firm

A small, highly regarded wealth management practice in central London, advising a private client base of business owners, professionals and retirees. The team is deliberately small, the client work is genuinely bespoke, and nobody here is a number.

The role

You'll work directly alongside two senior financial planners, taking full ownership of the technical side of the advice process:

• Preparing suitability reports across pensions, investments, IHT and protection
• Research and product comparison, including cashflow modelling
• Attending client meetings where useful, and taking the technical lead on more complex cases
• Working with the planners to shape recommendations rather than simply writing them up

What we're looking for

• Level 4 Diploma qualified, or close to completion
• Two or more years in a paraplanning or technical support role within financial planning
• Comfortable writing suitability reports independently
• Someone who enjoys the technical detail and wants a say in the advice, not just the paperwork
