Are you an enthusiastic, confident and reliable Cover Supervisor looking to support learning across a welcoming and well‑organised primary school in Epping? As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre‑planned lessons, uphold behaviour expectations and create a calm, purposeful environment where pupils feel supported and ready to learn.   As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Lead whole‑class learning using pre‑prepared resources
  
• Maintain positive behaviour and consistent routines
  
• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  
• Build strong relationships with staff and children
  
• Ensure a smooth, structured learning environment every day
  

  We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who:

• Holds a 2:1 or First‑Class degree in a relevant subject
  
• Is confident managing a primary classroom
  
• Brings energy, reliability and a proactive attitude
  
• Can adapt quickly to different year groups
  
• Enjoys supporting children’s learning and development
