Op/Set/Program * Skilled - CNC Turner (Mazak) * Utilize your expertise to ensure all components meet precise specifications * Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints * Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes * Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date on the latest CNC technologies * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Minimum 3 years' experience in a CNC Turner role. * Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices * Experience with Mazak 250 MSY & MY machines with driven tooling a significant advantage * The ability to work independently and as part of a team * A commitment to safety and quality What we offer: * Competitive salary of £18-£20 per hour depending on experience * 4-day week * Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and create high-precision components * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Potential for professional development and career advancement
