Founded by two highly respected directors from leading property consultancies, the business has quickly established an excellent reputation across the commercial and industrial sectors, delivering high-quality advice to an impressive client base of funds, REITs and property companies. Based in the West End, the team works across a varied portfolio of industrial, logistics and commercial assets, providing a broad range of professional and project-led building surveying services. Current instructions include refurbishment, dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration and asset improvement projects, with project values exceeding £20m. Delivering a range of professional building surveying services across commercial and industrial assets. • Undertaking technical due diligence, building surveys and defect diagnosis reports. • Managing refurbishment, fit-out and asset improvement projects from inception through to completion. • Acting as Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent on a variety of projects. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with funds, REITs, investors and property company clients. • They are seeking a commercially minded Building Surveyor with consultancy experience and strong exposure to industrial, logistics or commercial property. You'll be joining a collaborative, sociable team that offers genuine autonomy, direct client exposure and structured professional development, with a clear route for progression to Associate and beyond.
