This role is on a permanent basis and is primarily site-based, supporting workshop and operational teams. Are you a Production Engineer or similar, with experience in Rail or Heavy Engineering, looking to play a hands-on role supporting Engineering and Production teams for the maintenance, overhaul, and modification of rolling stock, within a successful and dynamic business? The Company: We are working with a well-established, highly successful rail engineering services provider based in Derby, supporting passenger and freight operators across the UK. With an expanding pipeline of rolling stock maintenance, overhaul, and modification work, the business is strengthening its engineering support capability. The Role: This role is for a Production Engineer with a background in Rail or Heavy Engineering, supporting engineering delivery across freight and passenger vehicles. You will work closely with workshop and operational teams, providing technical support, producing engineering documentation, and ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently in line with industry standards.
