Role Overview:

Randstad is seeking a Primary Teacher for local schools in the L20 area. This role is perfect for a Qualified Teacher looking for a consistent workflow in a specific postcode with a short commute.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Classroom Instruction for pupils in Reception to Year 6.

• Identify and support students requiring Educational Intervention.

• Work as part of a Multidisciplinary Team to improve school standards.

• Conduct Formative Assessment to guide daily lesson adjustments.

• Maintain a focus on Student Engagement and motivation.
