THE OPPORTUNITY This is not a role where you simply keep someone elses seat warm. We are looking for an operator who wants to run a centre as if it were their own business with the autonomy, ownership, and accountability that comes with it.
You will be entrusted with a building, a team, a P&L, and a portfolio of clients. You will make the day-to-day decisions that shape how the centre operates. Head Office will provide the platform, brand, training, and leadership support including direct access to a CEO who is personally invested in your development. The rest is yours to build.

Direct mentorship from senior leadership You will work closely with senior leadership and the CEO, receiving regular coaching, feedback, and leadership development. You will learn how to manage people, handle pressure, drive performance, and run a successful operation not just a centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will run a serviced office in prime Central London as if it were your own business. Responsibilities include:
Owning the client experience from onboarding to renewal, and every detail in between
Leading and developing your team through hiring support, daily stand-ups, coaching, and performance management
Driving occupancy, retention, and overall centre performance
Conducting sales viewings and converting prospective clients into long-term partnerships
Managing suppliers, contractors, and facilities to ensure the highest operational standards
Maintaining responsibility for health & safety, billing, and compliance with the same care you would apply to your own business
Developing your Assistant General Manager to prepare them for future leadership opportunities
Identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively raising operational standards
