About the Role

As Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in line with CQC standards and best practice.

You will:

  • Provide day-to-day clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
  • Support the Home Manager in the overall running of the service
  • Take full responsibility in the Managers absence
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
  • Oversee care planning, clinical audits, and medication management
  • Maintain accurate documentation and high standards of record keeping
  • Conduct pre-admission and ongoing resident assessments
  • Build strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
  • Mentor, supervise, and develop staff to deliver exceptional care
What Were Looking For
  • NMC Registered Nurse (essential)
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager or in a senior clinical role
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance
  • A genuine passion for person-centred care
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to identify and manage safeguarding concerns effectively
  • A collaborative approach to working with xwzovoh residents, families, and professionals
