Role: MIG Welder Start date: Immediate Start Location: Mildenhall Hours: Multiple shifts available Pay: £16.00+ p/hour (depending on weld test) Contract: This is a permanent role subject to a successful 3-month temporary probation period A thriving fabrication company in Mildenhall is seeking skilled MIG Welders to join their growing team. This role is perfect for experienced MIG Welders or those with strong hands-on welding experience, working on high-spec projects in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. Pay starts from £16.00+ p/hour depending on weld test, with excellent overtime opportunities and clear career progression. MIG Welder Duties: MIG welding mild and stainless steel Carrying out jig work for precise fabrication Prepping metal components for welding Handling basic fabrication tasks Reading and interpreting engineering drawings for accurate assemblyPay, Hours & Benefits: Multiple shifts available Monday-Friday: 06:00-14:00 / 07:00-15:00 / 08:00-16:00 Pay rate dependent on experience 30 days' holiday after successful probation Opportunities for overtime Clear career progressionWe welcome MIG Welders at all levels of experience.
