Production Operatives | Assembly Operatives | Heat Seamers Location: Chadderton, OL9 Salary: £13.15 per hour Hours: 38 hours per week | Rotating Shift Pattern Shifts & Breaks: * 2-shift rotation: 6am–2:10pm / 2pm–10:10pm * 1 x 35-minute meal break + 2 x 10-minute breaks per shift We are currently recruiting for various roles, including Production Operatives, Assembly Operatives, and Heat Seamers, to join a busy and growing manufacturing site based in Chadderton. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and prior experience in a production or machine operating environment. Responsibilities: * Operate a range of production machinery, including cutting, heat seaming, perforating, slitting, and stitching equipment. * Pack, label, and store finished goods safely and accurately. * Input production data and produce labels using computer systems. * Inspect and quality-check products, isolating any non-conforming items. * Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas in line with Health & Safety policies. * Communicate effectively with other departments and shift teams. * Follow company processes and report any hazards or faults immediately. Skills & Experience Required: * Experience in a busy production or manufacturing environment. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Excellent attention to detail and timekeeping. * Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable approach to work.
