We are recruiting a Pastry Chef for an independently owned all-day dining café, restaurant & Deli, serving a variety of locally sourced, seasonal produce.

You'll be joining a close-knit team of passionate proffesionals, led by an Executive Chef with a wealth of industry experience.
The Person
To have held roles as a Pastry Sous Chef or Pastry Chef De Partie, within busy produce-driven fresh food restaurants, hotels, bakeries or patisseries.
Knowledge of a variety of cakes, tarts, biscuits and basic breads.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
Availability to work up to 45 hours per week, mostly day shifts. xwzovoh
