A traditional country pub set in picturesque rural village is seeking an passionate Sous Chef to join their well-established team.
This venue is family owned and well renowned within the area for its great food and service.
THE POSITION:
If you have a real love of food and working in a kitchen then this is the job for you the kitchen team here are well established and pride themselves on using fresh locally sourced ingredients to produce a wonderful mix of classic dishes and seasonal specials.
You will be responsible for:
- Food preparation
- Assisting the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and overseeing it in his absence
- Ensuring good stock control & rotation is maintained
- Working in a clean & efficient manner
- Striving for consistency & high standards
- Completing daily due diligence

Due to location being a driver is essential.
