We are currently recruiting passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to support schools with long-term, short-term and permanent staffing requirements. Benefits: * Competitive daily rate – £95 to £109 per day * Recommend-a-friend bonus scheme * Access to over 100 online CPD courses * Long-term and permanent opportunities * Opportunities across a variety of local schools * Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant * Flexible work to suit your availability Main Responsibilities: * Supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally * Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery * Providing 1:1 support where required * Supporting pupils with SEND needs * Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment * Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources * Building positive relationships with pupils and staff Requirements: * Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred * Experience working within a school environment * Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable * Positive, proactive and engaging attitude * Strong communication and behaviour management skills * Ability to commute to schools across Leicester/Leicestershire * Available from 8:20am onwards Twenty 4 Seven Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
