Monday to Friday 40 hours per week £16.75 per hour
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team in Canary Wharf.
Working Monday to Friday, this is a fantastic opportunity for a chef seeking a great work-life balance while still being part of a dynamic and high-quality food environment.
Our site is home to a vibrant operation across two floors, including a busy Brasserie, hospitality services, a deli, and an employee dining area. With a team of around 40 colleagues, we pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining high culinary standards across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing mise en place and ensuring readiness for service
Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen during service
Contributing ideas for menu development and daily offerings
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
A background in a standalone restaurant environment
Solid culinary knowledge and a proven track record
Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong team ethic
