About the Role An exclusive private members club in Mayfair is seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join its exceptional culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to develop within a refined, high-performance kitchen known for its elevated take on modern European cuisine.
Working under the guidance of a highly accomplished Head Chef and Sous Chef team, you will take ownership of your section, delivering consistently high standards while contributing to a collaborative and detail-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the preparation and execution of dishes within your section
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation meet the clubs exacting standards
Work closely with senior chefs to support smooth and efficient service
Maintain impeccable food hygiene and health & safety standards
Assist with stock control, rotation, and minimising waste
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
Support junior team members and help maintain a cohesive brigade
Uphold the clubs reputation for excellence in every service
Ideal Candidate Profile Current or recent experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
Background in a quality-driven environment such as a private members club, fine dining restaurant, or premium brasserie
Experience with modern European or Mediterranean-influenced cuisine preferred
Strong technical skills with attention to detail and consistency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen
Passionate about xwzovoh fresh, seasonal ingredients and refined presentation
Reliable, organised, and proactive with a professional attitude
Composed under pressure with a genuine commitment to excellence
