Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking to make a real difference? Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager / Registered Manager to oversee community homes supporting individuals with complex needs, autism, mental health challenges, and clinical care.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage teams, ensure compliance, and drive positive outcomes for the people in your care.

What Youll Do: ?Lead and support day-to-day operations across community homes ?Ensure compliance with CQC, Ofsted, and organisational policies ?Implement autism-informed, trauma-informed care, and positive behaviour support ?Safeguard and promote the welfare of individuals in your care ?Oversee smooth transitions and admissions for new residents ?Monitor team performance and drive professional development ?Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings
What Were Looking For: ?Minimum 2 years experience in a management role, or strong team leader ready to step up ?NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards) ?Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle ?Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills ?Patience, resilience, and a passion for delivering high-quality care
