Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Swaffham, Norfolk
Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a dedicated team to support the personal care needs of our residents while respecting their dignity and promoting independence at all times. You will help ensure that our care services maintain a consistently high standard and assist residents with day-to-day activities within the home.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to residents.
Promote residents’ dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
Assist with daily living activities and general support within the home.
Maintain high standards of care and service.
Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents effectively.Skills & Attributes:
Caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.What You Will Gain:
