Site Manager - Roofing

Site Manager – Roofing Project – Barnstaple – Start 4th May We are currently looking to speak with an experienced Site Manager for a project in Barnstaple, starting 4th May. This role will focus primarily on a roofing package, so candidates with strong felt roofing experience are highly preferred. The position will also involve overseeing associated builders work, internal decoration, and door replacements, so a hands-on manager with a broad refurbishment background would be ideal. Scope of Works: * Felt roofing works (primary focus) * Associated builders works * Internal decoration packages * Door replacements / joinery elements * Day-to-day site coordination and subcontractor management Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on roofing/refurbishment projects * Strong knowledge of felt roofing systems * Experience overseeing internal finishes and builders works * SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Available to start 4th May Details: * Barnstaple location * Start: 4th May * Ongoing works * Competitive day rate If available and interested, please apply with your CV or get in touch to discuss further
