About the role
We’re working with a fast-growing, London-based company in the aesthetics space, currently expanding its UK division. Backed by strong commercial infrastructure and exclusive partnerships with globally recognised South Korean manufacturers, this is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in scaling the business.
This position offers direct exposure to senior leadership, reporting to the Group CEO, and the chance to shape and lead UK sales strategy in a high-growth environment.
The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for introducing and growing the company’s portfolio of aesthetic injectable products across clinics and practitioners in the UK.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a dynamic and scaling business
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver against agreed revenue and growth targets
* Build and develop strong relationships across UK clinics and aesthetic practitioners
* Establish and secure new sales contracts
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies
* Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
* Analyse sales performance and market insights to inform decision-making
About You

* Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and market trends

Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in the aesthetics or injectable products industry (wholesale/distribution preferred)
* Proven track record in sales growth and target achievement
* Experience building, managing, and developing sales teams
* Strong understanding of the UK aesthetics market
