Management Accountant - Remote

A global employer with very flexible working patterns is looking to add a Management Accountant to their developing finance function. This position will help bolster the NI based finance function and report into a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial performance across multiple international entities, providing accurate financial information, insightful analysis, and contributing to the month-end process. Benefits £45,000 £55,000 salary Annual bonus scheme 37 days annual leave Private medical and dental cover 4% employer pension contribution Hybrid working 1 day in the office and 4 days working from home Key Responsibilities Support the monthly management accounts process, including the preparation of accruals, prepayments, and journal entries. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Analyse financial performance, identifying key trends and variances against budgets and forecasts. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Partner with operational and finance teams to provide financial insight that supports business decisions. Manage intercompany transactions and support financial reporting across international entities. Work closely with external providers in relation to payroll, tax, and accounting support where required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or commercial finance roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present clear insights. Excellent communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
