Employee Relations Business Partner – Education Sector Remote (with travel across the North of England) £50,000 – £55,000 per annum plus great benefits! Diamond Search Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable organisation within the education sector to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident ER specialist to join a growing and values-driven organisation, supporting their Education division, with a strong focus on engagement, retention and operational excellence. The Role Reporting into the Head of Employee Relations & Engagement, you will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on a wide range of complex employee relations matters. You will take ownership of ER casework across your division, partner with senior leaders, and use data-led insights to drive proactive people solutions that enhance engagement and organisational performance. Key Responsibilities * Manage a diverse ER caseload from start to finish, including complex cases and Employment Tribunals * Provide coaching and guidance to managers, ensuring consistent and compliant ER practices * Analyse people data, trends and metrics to identify risks and implement solutions * Lead and support change initiatives including restructures, TUPE and organisational redesign * Deliver insights and monthly reporting on ER activity, absence and attrition * Support engagement, retention and wellbeing strategies across the division * Partner with leadership teams to strengthen capability, performance and succession planning * Ensure policies, procedures and HR frameworks remain compliant and fit for purpose About You We are seeking an experienced and resilient ER professional who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment.
