Location: Witham, Essex Contract: Temp to Perm, Full Time (Until the end of the academic year with the potential to be extended for the right candidates) Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £22,254.36 to £24,097.97 Start Date: ASAP An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Coordinator to join a thriving secondary academy in Witham. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people with SEMH needs, behaviour challenges, and trauma related barriers to learning. The school is a highly regarded and growing academy with modern facilities, a supportive leadership team, and a strong focus on staff development and wellbeing.
