Composites Trimming & Fitter - Supercar Programme 📍 Rotherham 📄 Contract | 6 Months (Initial) | Immediate Start 💰 £28 per hour (Outside IR35) We're supporting a low-volume OEM on a high-performance supercar programme and looking for experienced Composites Trimming Consultants to join the team. This is a hands-on role working with high-value composite components, where quality, precision, and craftsmanship are critical. What You'll Be Doing 🔹 Composite Trimming & Finishing Hand trimming components using Dremel, die grinders, routers and air tools Working to tight tolerances from engineering drawings Delivering high-quality edge finishes on complex geometries🔹 Paint Preparation (Class A Finish) Sanding, surface prep, and finishing Filling pinholes and surface imperfections Ensuring components meet Class A paint standards🔹 Assembly & Fitment Support Trial fitting and aligning components Adjusting to achieve gap & flush targets Supporting build teams with fitment readiness
