Vehicle Technician – Audi
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £32,000–£42,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £60,000)

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful Mercedes-Benz dealership in Hatfield. Working within a premium manufacturer environment, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while delivering the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards.
* Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
* Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional repair opportunities.
* Complete all workshop documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Utilise manufacturer diagnostic equipment and systems.
* Ensure work is completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
* Support workshop efficiency and contribute to team performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Desirable
* Mercedes-Benz experience.
* Franchise dealership background.
* MOT Tester qualification.
* Hybrid and EV accreditation.
* Manufacturer training or certification.
