Home Manager | Nursing Home | Elderly Care | Horsham Stephen James Consulting are working with an established elderly care provider in the search for an experienced Home Manager based in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead a large nursing, residential and dementia service with a strong reputation and a Good CQC rating. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring excellent operational performance across the home. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursing home * Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and clinical governance standards * Lead and support nursing and care teams to deliver person-centred care * Maintain strong oversight of audits, medication management, and risk processes * Drive occupancy, team stability, and overall home performance * Work closely with senior leadership to maintain and improve standards Requirements: * Previous experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home environment * Nurse qualified with strong clinical knowledge * Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and governance * Proven track record of achieving or maintaining strong inspection outcomes * Confident leader with experience managing large teams Salary & Benefits: * £75,000 – £80,000 per annum DOE * Opportunity to join a well-performing elderly care provider * Supportive senior management structure If you are an experienced Home Manager looking for your next opportunity in elderly care, please click Apply Now below
