Customer Success Manager x 2 (SaaS)
45K to 55K Basic (DOE) / Bonus / Stock / Benefits
Manchester (Hybrid)
We have partnered with a Series B funded, award-winning, fast-growing SaaS scale-up, with offices in Manchester and the USA. They have a great culture and some fantastic clients, including Revolut, Miami Heat, Huel and University of Bristol.
As they continue their rapid expansion, they’re looking for 2 Customer Success Managers (CSM) to join their Manchester team. As a CSM you will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts to nurture, with the ultimate aim being to ensure customer satisfaction retention and growth.
To be considered for this role you must be / have:

Proven experience in a commercial customer success or account management role, with a demonstrable track record of target v achievement around retention and growth.
*
Experience in a SaaS or related tech business.
*
Familiar with a customer success tech stack.
*
Commutable to Manchester City centre, regularly
