CNC Miller - IMMEDIATE START Overview My client are seeking a highly skilled CNC Milling Programmer, Setter, and Operator to join their team. This role involves working with advanced Mazak CNC machinery to produce high-quality, low-volume components, often requiring precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving expertise. This is a TEMPORARY 6 week contract at minimum! Key Responsibilities * Independently program, set, and operate Mazak CNC milling machines, including 3-axis (VTC-530C) and 5-axis (CV5-500) models. * Use HyperMILL CAD/CAM software to create, optimise, and prove out CNC programs. * Manufacture components to exact specifications, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and quality. * Perform in-process and final quality control checks to ensure all parts meet required standards. * Work on low-volume, high-precision components, adapting to varied and sometimes complex machining requirements Skills & Experience Required * Proven expertise in CNC milling, including both 3-axis and 5-axis machining. * High level of competence using HyperMILL CAD/CAM software for programming. * Extensive hands-on experience setting and operating Mazak CNC milling machines. * Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials Salary: Up to £25 Per Hour 40 hours a week Monday to Thursday7-4 or 8-5 Friday 7-1 or 7-2
